Something is Brewing… A Return to Wholeness

Something is Brewing…

Spring is here, and with it, a stirring—both in the earth and within me. As Aries season calls in bold beginnings, I find myself deepening into the work I’ve been cultivating for years.

Over the last few years I have found myself bring together somatic movement, embodied awareness, deep conversation, and radical inquiry—guiding women back to themselves, their bodies, and their innate wisdom. My work is shaped by years of teaching philosophy, ethics, and sociology, exploring how we live with meaning in a world marked by inequality, capitalism, and systemic oppression. It’s informed by my time as an organic grower, learning slowness, rhythm, and the wisdom of the land.

This isn’t just yoga. It’s a return to wholeness. Through 1:1’s, retreats, and my 6-week series, I offer space for women to unravel, reconnect, and move forward with clarity.

Over the next few months I will continue to hold weekly classes, yoga for women, retreats, and I will be expanding by offering 1:1 mentorship…

The Radical Act of Doing Less

Am I lazy, or am I just choosing what truly aligns with me?

Yoga is about returning to yourself—stripping away the ‘shoulds’ and embracing what feels right. I’ve found that I work best in the mornings, thrive in small groups, and value a strong sense of place. Could I do more? Sure. But do I need to? No.

Success isn’t just about doing more—it’s about being present, finding balance, and resisting the pressure to always chase ‘more.’ Sometimes, just being is enough.

What is Somatic Movement?

Curious about Somatic Movement?

Check out my blog for some of the benefits of moving somatically, but to summarise, here’s why I guide somatic movement:

  • It celebrates the individual body—there’s no “right way” to move.

  • It calls you deeper: "Fuck what I look like, how do I feel?"

  • It disrupts the idea that the female body exists to be pleasing or pretty.

  • It allows you to feel how unique and ever-changing you are.

  • It counteracts the belief that movement must have a goal or preferred outcome.

Somatic movement is about freedom, self-trust, and reclaiming space in your own body. Want to explore more? Dive into the full blog!

Shake the Dust: Women, Movement, and Nervous System Freedom

Shake the Dust is more than movement—it’s a revolution. As women, we’ve been conditioned to shrink, to be pleasing, to carry stress and expectations in our bodies. But we can’t think our way out of cultural conditioning—because the body keeps the score.

In this cathartic practice, you’re invited to shake off the ‘shoulds’ and ‘I need to be’s,’ to move through resistance, and to meet yourself fully. Rest doesn’t come easy—but it’s necessary. And to truly rest, we first need to release.

Are you ready to shake? 🌿

Flow over force

One of my guiding intentions for 2025 is Flow Over Force—a principle rooted in non-dual Tantric teachings and the natural rhythms of life. In a world that glorifies grinding and striving, this is an invitation to trust the process rather than trying to control the outcome. Flow Over Force is not about avoiding effort but finding softness and alignment even within resistance.

This intention challenges the patriarchal, capitalist conditioning that equates productivity with worth, reminding us that true power comes from rest, intuition, and connection. As we enter this new year, how can you soften your approach, embrace your natural rhythm, and honour your own flow? 💛

Grace over grind

"Grace over grind" is about choosing alignment over exhaustion, ease over struggle, and presence over perfection. It\u2019s a radical departure from the capitalist mindset that ties our worth to how hard we work or how much we achieve. Instead, it’s a call to trust the flow of life, to honour intuition, and to move with a sense of receptivity rather than resistance.

This intention isn’t about avoiding effort or challenges, and resistance will arise. But grace invites us to meet those moments differently: with softness, curiosity, and a willingness to flow through them. It’s a practice of trusting that the path and the goal are one and that everything we truly need already resides within us.

Here to a 2025 where we let go of the grind, embrace grace, and move with intention and care. 💛

My offerings are a form of activism

I’m excited to share a new blog post that dives into why the work I do isn’t just about teaching yoga—it’s about creating space for women to reconnect with their bodies, rest deeply, and move authentically. In a world that pushes us to do more and be more, I believe it’s time for us to embrace rest, joy, and authenticity as acts of activism.

In this post, I share how I’m challenging the outdated narratives of hustle and drive, and how I’m shifting my focus to support women’s well-being through movement, breath, and stillness.

If you’d like to dive deeper into this new chapter, read the full blog post below.

I hope it resonates with you. As always, feel free to reach out if you'd like to connect.
