Something is Brewing… A Return to Wholeness

Spring is here. The air is shifting, the earth is stirring, and something deep within me is waking up, too. Aries season—the season of bold beginnings—has arrived, and as an Aries, I can feel it in my bones.

Something is brewing.

But this isn’t about rushing into the next big thing. It’s about returning—to slowness, to the body, to the deep knowing that already lives within us.

Because in a world that keeps demanding more—more speed, more productivity, more numbing—we need spaces where we can pause. Where we can listen. Where we can unravel the conditioning that tells us we must keep pushing through, even when everything in us is asking us to stop.

This is the Work I Do

In my 6-week series, retreats & 1:1’s I guide women through somatic movement, embodied awareness, and deep conversation—a practice that is more than just yoga. It’s a space to come home to yourself.

My work is rooted in:

🌿 Somatic movement as a tool for healing—not just the body, but the whole self.
🌿 Honest conversations about oppression and wellness—because we don’t heal in isolation from the world around us.
🌿 Philosophy, meaning, and ethics—the big questions about how to live a life that feels true.
🌿 A deep understanding of inequality, racism, colonialism, and capitalism—because these forces shape how we move, feel, and exist.
🌿 The wisdom of the land—the lessons I learned while growing food, slowing down, and working in rhythm with the earth.

Something is Taking Shape

Right now, I’m deepening into my work in new ways. One part of this is expanding my 1:1 offerings—for those who are ready to move, reflect, and reconnect.

This isn’t therapy, but Embodied Wholeness Mentorship—a space for women who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles that no longer serve them. A space for those who sense that healing isn’t just personal, but deeply intertwined with the world we live in.

It’s for the ones who are craving slowness, who want to move through life with more awareness, who are ready to reclaim themselves—body, mind, and soul.

We’ll work with somatic movement, deep conversation, and the wisdom of the body—so you can begin to untangle what isn’t yours, come home to yourself, and move forward with clarity.

Something is Brewing—And It’s Been Here All Along

This is just one thread. There are other pieces weaving together—slowly, intentionally. More to come, when the time is right.

This isn’t about starting something new. It’s about deepening what already exists. Honouring the work I’ve been doing for years. And opening space for more women to step into this journey with me.

So if something in you is stirring—if you’re feeling the call to slow down, reconnect, and move with more awareness—I’m here.

Let’s see where this path takes us. 🌿✨
