Hi, I’m Sam, and I’m here to help you reconnect with your body, reclaim your sense of self, and embrace a life rooted in meaning and authenticity. As an Embodiment Mentor & Movement Guide, my work is rooted in somatic movement, systemic awareness, philosophy, nature, and mentorship.

I believe that true wellness isn’t just about the body—it’s about the whole person: the body, mind, spirit, and the world we live in. That’s why I approach each session with a deep understanding that systemic oppression, inequality, and environmental disconnection shape the way we move through life.

My approach integrates movement, nature, and conversation to help you navigate life’s challenges, move through trauma, and reconnect with your true self. Drawing on my background in sociology, philosophy, and organic farming, I blend the wisdom of the earth, seasonal rhythms, and embodied practice to support women in returning to wholeness—mentally, physically, and spiritually.

As an Aries with a fierce passion for justice and healing, I am committed to creating spaces where you can explore, heal, and grow—without shame, fear, or restriction.
