This seasonal workshop is the 4th in a series (but can be attended without having attended the previous 3). In this workshop we celebrate the summer solstice, and the changing energy that it brings.

This workshop of two halves blends dynamic movement with yin yoga to help bring you into balance. Bringing together Shake the Dust! And Embodied Yin Yoga, this powerful practice is designed to help regulate the nervous system, reconnecting you to you, and welcome a new outward-looking season
