Yoga to Support
Women’s Wellbeing
I am deeply passionate about how movement, reflection, connection, and rest can support women’s well-being. We live in a society that values hyper-individualism, linear progress, and constant action—pushing for more, more, more. My offerings challenge this narrative, inviting you to embrace the cyclical nature of life and cultivate true well-being.
Each session encourages curiosity and deeper self-connection through movement. There are no rigid alignment cues—your body is strong, capable, and inherently wise. Through somatic movement, music, yoga asana (postures), breathwork, and a touch of relatable philosophy, my classes are designed to guide you back to yourself.
Because community is essential to wellness, every workshop and extended offering includes space to settle, connect, and share—always with a warm cup of tea. 💛
